Ports 1 and 2 receive only passive (non-energized) switch signals. If active
(energized) signals are received, components inside the unit will be burnt.
Use shielded cables for signals such as remote startup and shutdown and ensure
reliable grounding.
Procedure
Step 1 Connect the equipotential ground cable to the PE (right) terminal.
Step 2 Connect the reserved AC power cables in the pre-fab. module to the L1, L2, L3, N,
and PE (left) terminals of the product.
1. Only trained and qualified personnel are allowed to connect cables.
2. Do not perform operations with power on when connecting the power cables.
3. The power supply voltage should be the same as the rated voltage on the

terminals of the product.
Step 4 Connect the communications cable to the RS485 port.
Step 5 Connect the teamwork cables to the CAN1 and CAN2 ports in hand-in-hand
mode.
