4.6 OVEN LIGHT PROBLEMS

Anomaly
The Oven lights are
always OFF.
No power supply.

Defective mounting of
door lever
mechanics.
The Oven
temperature is still
beyond the safety
unlock value.
The Oven had been
locked by means of
the child lock
procedure.
The door micro
switch is broken and
the control thinks that
the door is open.

Possible Cause Corrective Action
Check door
micro switch.
Power board
relay not
switching.
Check lever mechanism of
door lock.
Lubricate all working parts with
silicon grease
Wait for the temperature to
drop below the threshold.
Turn the cooking mode
selector in a cooking mode
position,F01 (F02) should
occur.
Check all the connections
between the sensor and the
power board.
Check the temperature sensor.
If is damaged, replace it.
Check the power board.
If is damaged, replace it.
Use the same procedure to
unlock the door.
Check and replace the new
micro switch
Check lever mechanism of
door latch.
Lubricate all working parts with
silicon grease
Replace door micro switch.
Replace Power board.
