The future is automatically enabled any time the appliance is connected to the power, any time the switch is turned on and any time the oven is programmed to run a self-cleaning of the cavity.

The temperature can be changed by 5°F steps.  As soon as one of the knob is moved, the control switches automatically to display the value.
