blade reels, find the height-of-cut listing nearest the
actual height-of-cut setting. Look across the chart to
find the number corresponding to that height of cut.
Note: The higher the number, the higher the speed.

1. Reel speed control
2. Turn the reel speed control knob to the number
setting determined in step 1.
3. Operate the machine for several days, then examine
the cut to ensure satisfaction with the quality of cut.
The reel speed knob may be set one position on
either side of the position indicated on the chart to
account for differences in grass condition, grass
length removed and personal preference.
