● Symptom :
Stapler sub moving motor is not working properly.
● Troubleshooting method :
Is the stapler sub home sensor working? (Perform diagnostic routine 116-5370)
YES / NO 1. Check if the connectors of the stapler sub home sensor is disconnected.
2. Check if the connector P6 on the finisher main board is disconnected.
3. Check the harness continuity and replace it if required.
4. Replace the stapler sub home sensor.
5. Replace the finisher main board.
Is the stapler clinch position sensor working? (Perform diagnostic routine 116-5360)
YES / NO 1. Check if the connector of stapler clinch position sensor is disconnected.
2. Check if the connector P6 on the finisher main board is disconnected.
3. Check the harness continuity and replace it if required.
4. Replace the stapler clinch position sensor.
5. Replace the finisher main board.
Is the stapler sub moving motor working? (Perform diagnostic routine 116-0100)
YES / NO 1. Check if the connector of sub moving motor is disconnected.
2. Check if the connector P6 on the finisher main board is disconnected.
3. Check the harness continuity and replace it if required.
4. Replace the stapler sub moving motor.
5. Replace the finisher main board.
Replace the stapler module.
