● Symptom :
Hole punch operation is abnormal.
● Troubleshooting method :
Is the hole punch home sensor working? (Perform diagnostic routine 116-5500)
YES / NO 1. Check if the connector of hole punch home sensor is disconnected.
2. Check if the connector P3 on the punch control board is disconnected.
3. Check the harness continuity and replace it if required.
4. Replace the hole punch home sensor.
5. Replace the punch control board.
Are the hole punch position sensors working? (Perform diagnostic routine 116-5510, 116-5520)
YES / NO 1. Check if the connector of hole punch position sensors are disconnected.
2. Check if the connector P3 on the punch control board is disconnected.
3. Check the harness continuity and replace it if required.
4. Replace the hole punch position sensors.
5. Replace the punch control board.
Is the hole punch motor rotating? (Perform diagnostic routine 116-0220)
YES / NO 1. Check if the connector of hole punch motor is disconnected.
2. Check if the connector P3 on the punch control board is disconnected.
3. Check the harness continuity and replace it if required.
4. Replace the hole punch motor.
5. Replace the punch control board.
Is the punch encoder sensor working? (Perform diagnostic routine 116-5530)
YES / NO 1. Check if the connector of punch encoder sensor is disconnected.
2. Check if the connector P3 on the punch control board is disconnected.
3. Check the harness continuity and replace it if required.
4. Replace the punch encoder sensor.
5. Replace the punch control board.
Replace punch module.
