● Symptom :
Ejector operation is abnormal.
● Troubleshooting method :
Is the ejector home sensor working? (Perform diagnostic routine 116-5390)
YES / NO 1. Check if the connector of ejector home sensor is disconnected.
2. Check if the connector P15 on the finisher main board is disconnected.
3. Check the harness continuity and replace it if required.
4. Replace the ejector home sensor.
5. Replace the main control board.
Is the ejector moves very fast? (Perform diagnostic routine 116-5400)
NO / YES 1. Check if the connector of ejector encoder sensor is disconnected.
2. Check if the connector P5 on the finisher main board is disconnected.
3. Check the harness continuity and replace it if required.
4. Replace the ejector encoder sensor.
5. Replace the finisher main board.
Is the ejector motor working? (Perform diagnostic routine 116-0110)
YES / NO 1. Check if the connector of ejector motor is disconnected.
2. Check if the connector P5 on the finisher main board is disconnected.
3. Check the harness continuity and replace it if required.
4. Replace the ejector motor.
5. Replace the finisher main board.
Can you hear the sound that the ejector driving belt is jumping during operation?
NO / YES 1. Check if the ejector motor bracket assembly is fasten on compiler bottom frame by screw.
Replace the ejector unit.
