Possible Cause
The laser temperature
could be too high or low.
The laser could be
faulty.
Automatic power
control circuit failure.
Damaged fiber.
One or more power
supply voltages are out
of specification.
No AC at receptacle.
Blown fuse on the power
supply.
Faulty module.
Possible Solutions
Allow up to one minute after
power is ON for the
temperature to stabilize.
If still no output, contact Cisco
Services for assistance.
