Horizon Fitness warrants the frame against defects in
workmanship and materials for the fifefime of the original
owner (Theframe is definedas the weldedmetal baseof the

HorizonFitness warrants the drive/elevation motors against
defects in workmanship and materials for a period of seven
years from the date of purchase, so long as the device

HorizonFitness warrants the drive/elevation motors against
defects in workmanship and materials for a period of ten
years from the date of purchase, so long as the device
remains in the possession of the original owner
ELECTRON/CS & PARTS• I YEAR
Horizon Fitness warrants the electronic components, finish
and all original parts for a period of oneyear from the date
of original purchase, so long as the device remains in the
possession of the original owner
LABOR• I YEAR
Horizon Fitness shall cover the labor cost for the repair
of the device for a period of oneyear from the date of the
original purchase, so long as the device remains in the
possession of the original owner
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITAtiONS

• The originalownerandis not transferable.
WhatIScovered:
• Repairor replacementof a defective motor,electroniccomponent,or
defectivepart and is the sole remedyof the warranty
WhatISNOTcovered:
• Normal wearand tear,improper assemblyor maintenance,or
installation of parts or accessoriesnot originally intendedor
compatible with the equipmentas sold.
• Damageor failure due to accident, abuse, corrosion,discoloration of
paint or plastic, neglect, theft, vandalism, fire, flood, wind, lightning.
freezing,or other natural disasters of any kind, powerreduction,
fluctuation or failure from whatevercause, unusual atmospheric
conditions,collision, introductionof foreign objectsinto the covered
unit, or modifications that are unauthorizedor not recommendedby
HorizonFitness.
• Incidentalor consequentialdamages.HorizonFitness is not
responsible or liable for indirect, special or consequentialdamages,
economicloss,loss of property,or profits, loss of enjoymentor use,
or otherconsequentialdamages of whatsoever n ature in connection
with the purchase, use, repair or maintenance of the equipmenL
• Equipmentused for commercialpurposesor any use otherthan a
single family or Household, u nless endorsedby HorizonFitness for
coverage.
• Equipmentownedor operatedoutside the USand Canada.
• Delivery,assembly,installation, setup for original or replacement
units or labor or othercosts associatedwith removalor replacement
of the coveredunit.
• Anyattempt to repair this equipmentcreatesa risk of injury Horizon
Fitness is not responsibleor liable for any damage,loss or liability
arising from any personalinjury incurred during the courseof, or as
a result of anyrepair or attempted repair of your fitness equipment
byother than an authorizedservicetechnician. All repairs attempted
byyou on your fitness equipmentare undertakenAT YOUR OWNRISK
and HorizonFitness shall haveno liability for any injury to the person
or propertyarising from such repairs.
SERVICE/RETURNS
• In-homeserviceis available within J50 miles of the nearest
authorizedrepair center (MileagebeyondJ50 miles from an
authorizedservicecenteris the responsibilityof the consumer).
• All returns must be pre-authorizeflby HorizonFitness.
• HorizonFitness'obligation underthis warranty is limited to
replacing or repairing, at HorizonFitness'option, the same or
comparablemodelat oneofits authorizedservicecenters.
• A HorizonFitnessauthorizedservicecentermust receiveall
equipmentfor whicha warrantyclaim is made. Thisequipmentmust
be receivedwith all freight and other transportation chargesprepaid,
accompaniedby sufficient proofof purchase.
• Replacementunits, parts and electroniccomponentsreconditioned
to As-new ConditionbyHorizon Fitnessor its vendorsmay sometimes
be supplied as warrantyreplacementand constitute fulfillment of
warrantyterms.
• This warrantygivesyou specific legal rights, andyour rights may
vary from state to state.
