Error codes

As long as the monitor has power, it displays error codes to explain what is wrong. By learning the
codes, you can quickly identify and correct most difficulties yourself. If you cannot solve the problem
yourself, make a note of the error code and call Honeywell Customer Service.

Possible Cause
Resolution/Action
Call Honeywell.
Retrain the patient.
Connect the scale.
Replace the cable.
Replace the scale; call Honeywell.
Check the connection on the
rear panel and retry.
Make sure that the Bluetooth
Adapter is powered ON and that
it is properly connected to the
Adapter Cable, and that the
Adapter Cable is properly
connected to the DM Monitor at
the Scale port on the rear panel
of the DM Monitor. Retry.
Check that there is power to the
scale, or that it is located within
range of the monitor
(approximately 10 meters, or 30
feet). Reschedule another vitals
collection to retry.
Replace Scale battery/batteries.
(The HomMed scale uses AA.)
NOTE: Do NOT operate
handrail scale on battery power.
Do NOT use rechargeable
batteries.
Restart the monitor:
First power OFF both the scale
and the DM Monitor, next,
power ON the DM monitor,
then the Scale. Press Yes when
asked to enter Setup Wizard.
Retrain for patient.
Call Honeywell.
Call Honeywell.
Retrain the patient.
Tighten all tubing and cuff
connections.
Replace cuff or hose.
