Information for permanently mounted wireless terminals
Information for permanently mounted wireless terminal devices - the following additional noti-
fications apply for wireless devices in a fixed location with their own power connection. Since
the measurement methods for the SAR value can only be applied for use close to the head
or body, safety is ensured for permanently mounted mobile radio devices by specifying a dis-
tance. To ensure compliance with the radio frequency electromagnetic field exposure limits
for GSM and UMTS / LTE systems set out in the ICNIRP Directive, this mobile phone termi-
nal must be used in a position at least 20 cm away from the body. As this also applies during
installation, the unit must be switched off during the installation process. Failure to comply
with this distance can under certain circumstances cause the limit values in the correspond-
ing directive to be exceeded.
Precautions against loss/theft
Precautions against loss/theft - If your GSM terminal, your wireless card or both are mislaid,
