Note: Before using the Direct Attached Storage function, make sure your DNS-313 has been configured. The
DAS function will not work without the system being installed.
The DNS-313 features a built-in Direct Attached Storage function to allow the DNS-313 to function as a USB 2.0 Portable Drive. Just plug it into your
computer and it installs automatically on Windows 2000, XP, or Vista computers.

Connect the power adapter to the power receptacle of the DNS-313 and connect the USB cable to the USB port on the back of
DNS-313.
