Tool / battery protection system
The tool is equipped with a tool/battery protection system. This
sy stem automatic ally c uts of f pow er to th e motor to ex tend tool and
battery lif e. T h e tool w ill automatic ally stop d uring operation if th e
tool or battery is plac ed und er one of th e f ollow ing c ond itions:
Overload protection
W h en t h e tool is operate d in a manner t h at c auses it to
d ra w an abnormall y h ig h c urrent, t h e tool automati c all y
stops w it h out an y in d i c ation. I n t h is situation, turn t h e
tool o f f an d stop t h e appli c ation t h at c ause d t h e tool to
be c ome o v erloa d e d . T h en turn t h e tool on to restart.
Overheat protection
On
W h en t h e tool is o v er h eate d , t h e tool stops automati c all y , an d
t h e batter y in d i c ator blinks about 6 0 se c on d s. I n t h is situation,
let t h e tool c ool d o w n be f ore turning t h e tool on again.
Overdischarge protection
W h en t h e batter y c apa c it y be c omes lo w , t h e tool stops
automati c all y . I f t h e pro d u c t d oes not operate e v en
w h en t h e s w it c h es are operate d , remo v e t h e batteries
f rom t h e tool an d c h arge t h e batteries.

T o start t h e c leaner :

S et t h e stan d -b y s w it c h to t h e " I " si d e. T h e c leaner
gets into stan d -b y state.

P ress t h e po w er button.
T o make t h e c leaner get into stan d -b y mo d e, press t h e
po w er button again.
T o turn o f f t h e c leaner, set t h e stan d -b y s w it c h to t h e " O " si d e.
The suction power can be adjusted according to your work need.

Auto-suction stop during wet
suction operation
Only for the cloth filter model
WARNING:
Do not use for a long time while
the oat is at ork. Using the cleaner with its float at
w ork f or a long time c an c ause o v er h eat, resulting in
t h e c leaner d e f ormation.
WARNING:
Do not pick up foam or soapy
liquid. Picking up foam or soapy liquid can cause
foam to come out of air exit before the float works.
C ontinuing to using in t h is c on d ition ma y c ause an
ele c tri c s h o c k an d breakage o f t h e c leaner.

Auto-suction stop works only when using with the float
and float cage.
The cleaner has a float mechanism that prevents water
f rom immersing into t h e motor w h en pi c king up more
t h an a c ertain amount o f w ater. W h en t h e tank is f ull
an d t h e c leaner no longer pi c ks up w ater, s w it c h o f f t h e
c leaner an d empt y t h e tank.
Locking or unlocking the caster

stopping th e w ork on th e w ay and keeping th e c leaner still.

T o lo c k t h e c aster w it h a stopper, lo w er t h e stopper
le v er an d t h e c aster no longer w ill rotate. T o release t h e
c aster f rom t h e lo c ke d position, raise t h e stopper le v er.
NOTE: W h en mo v ing t h e c leaner, make sure t h at t h e
c aster is unlo c ke d . Mo v ing t h e c leaner w it h t h e c aster
in t h e lo c ke d position ma y c ause d amage to t h e c aster.

w h en not in use.

ASSEMBLY
CAUTION:
Always be sure that the cleaner is
switched off, unplugged, and the battery cartridge
is removed before carrying out any work on the
cleaner.
CAUTION:
Always wear dust mask during
assembly or maintenance.
Installing the po der filter (HEPA)
and prefilter (for dry dust)
Optional accessory for cloth filter model
CAUTION:
Never pick up water or other liq-
uids or et dusts hen using the po der filter.
Picking up such things may cause the powder filter
breakage.
To use powder filter:
Remove the float cage and float by removing the bolts.
