LOSS OF POWER

In the event that electrical power is disrupted
during use, your immersion circulator will begin
operating automatically when power is restored.
The unit will display the time when power was
lost, the amount of time there was no power and
the temperature at which the unit resumed back
to the set temperature (for the CSV700 model,
the unit will only display the temperature). Use
this information to determine if the item being
cooked is safe, if you are uncertain at all we
recommend that you discard the cooked food.
