5. Privacy button.
This button appears only if one of your lines appears on multiple phones.
6. Your speed-dial buttons.
If your administrator adds a feature for you, your button layout is automatically reordered. For example, a
new call park goes in the call park button group, and your privacy and speed-dial buttons move down. Each
of your phones resets to reflect the new layout.
Customized Phone Button Layout
If your administrator customizes your button layout, you no longer see the default layout. Instead, you see a
new customized layout. When a new feature is added for you, it now appears in the second button position.
If you want to make further changes, work with your administrator to adjust the layout.
If you have multiple phones, the changes in layout are reflected on all your phones. The phone button layout
presented on each phone depends on the number of buttons on the phone and phone display limitations. After
your administrator changes your button layout, you may notice that some of your phones display the changes
differently. Each phone type matches the customized layout as closely as possible.
You can't move your primary line from position 1, but you can change the order of the other buttons. In other
words, you can mix your secondary line buttons, feature buttons, and speed-dial buttons in any order you like.
Speed-Dial and Empty Buttons
You create and change the order of your speed-dial buttons in Cisco Webex Settings. But all speed dials are
traditionally grouped last, after your primary and secondary lines, and your feature buttons.
Certain buttons can stay empty to group the buttons in a logical order. For example, if you have a key expansion
module, your administrator can move all your speed dials to the top of the key expansion module. Count the
number of buttons you want to skip to move your speed dials to the top of the next column on the key expansion
module. Then, request that number of empty buttons.
