Procedure
To move an active call between devices, do one of the following:
• While you're talking on your desk phone, press Transfer and transfer the call to your mobile phone.
• While you're talking on your mobile phone, press Barge on your desk phone to barge into your call.

You can put an active call on hold and then resume the call when you're ready.
Procedure
Step 1
While on an active call, perform a hook flash.
Step 2 To return to the call, either:
• Perform another hook flash.
• Hang up the handset. Pick up the handset when your phone rings.

You can use the Cisco Collaboration Problem Report Tool (PRT) to collect and send phone logs, and to report
problems to your administrator. If you see a message that the PRT upload has failed, the problem report is
saved on the phone and you should alert your administrator.
