Answer Your Coworker's Calls for Cisco Webex Calling
(formerly Spark Call)
If you and your coworkers find it useful to answer each other's calls, you can use call pickup. To do so, you
and your coworkers must belong to the same call pickup group.
Each of your lines can belong to only one call pickup group. Your administrator sets up call pickup groups.
Call pickup differs from these other call-sharing methods:
• Shared lines – See
• Hunt groups – See
Before you begin
If you want to be able to answer a coworker's phone, ask your administrator to add you to a call pickup group.
You must be a member of the same call pickup group as the coworker whose phone is ringing.
Procedure
Step 1
(Optional) If you have multiple lines, press the line button you have assigned to the call pickup group.
The message on your phone tells you which line to press.
Step 2
Press Pickup on your phone and talk to the caller. Choose one of these options:
• Complete the conversation with the caller.
• Transfer the call to the original called party and let their voicemail pick up the call or transfer the call to
• Park the call and communicate the call park extension to others so someone can answer. See
If someone else picks up first, you see "No call available for pickup."

Call a Person's Voicemail Directly

You can choose to leave a voicemail message for a person directly. You don't have to talk to the person first.
Procedure
Dial *55 followed by the person's extension.
You connect directly to the person's voicemail and can leave a message. Hang up when you finish.
