Installation Environment
This product is highly reliable regardless of the installation environment. However, it is
recommended to take following precautions to ensure reliability and stability of the
system.
Environmental conditions
1. Install the system on a waterproof and dustproof control panel.
17. Do not expose the system to continuous impact or vibration.
18. Do not expose the system to direct sunlight.
19. Prevent dew formation due to rapid temperature change.
20. Maintain ambient temperature around 0-55°C
Installation guidelines
1. Do not leave wire scraps inside the PLC while wiring or drilling screw holes.
21. Do not install the system on a panel that also has a high-voltage device installed on
it.
22. Keep a distance of at least 50mm from a duct or a near-by module.
23. Ground the system to an appropriate place that is free from noise
Handling Precautions
Please take following precautions while installing the 2MLF-H02A, 2MLF-HD2A
module.
1. Handle with care. Do not drop it and avoid strong and sudden shocks.
24. Do not remove PCB from the case. It may cause abnormal operation.
25. Do not let any foreign materials like wiring waste inside the casing at the top of the
module during wiring. Get rid of foreign materials if any.
26. Do not install or remove the module while the power is ON.
