5. Revolution/Unit Time: Figure 75 shows the setting example of Auxiliary Mode to 5
(revolutions per unit time) through I/O parameters. Pulses per revolution can be also
specified, and the value is used for converting pulses per unit time to revolutions
per unit time. Section setting value can be also specified, which the value per unit
time is used for measuring revolutions per unit time.
