4. After compared output condition is set, in order to make actual comparisons, the
Compared Enabled Signal must be ON (output is displayed only on program U device or
Global variable), and in order to send out the actual external output, the Output-Enabled
Signal must be ON.

Description
If present count value is greater than or equal to compared
value 1 and less than or equal to compared value 2, output is
sent out, and if count value increases/decreases to exceed
compared value's range, output is not sent out.
If present count value is less than or equal to compared
value 1 and greater than or equal to compared value 2,
output is sent out, and if count value increases/decreases to
exceed compared value's range, output is not sent out.
