Selecting a room type template

Navigate to: Configuration > Room Type
When selecting a room type template, a series of
configurations are pushed automatically to the codec.
In order for these configurations to match the room, it is
important that the room is set up correctly, and that cameras
and displays are connected as specified by Cisco.
Briefing room
The briefing room scenario set-up is designed to provide
easy set up, management and use of a room for education,
training or similar.
You should click the Briefing thumbnail if you have set up
the room and connected peripherals to the codec exactly
as described in the ► Briefing room set-up appendix.
Otherwise, use Standard.
