Syntax
In standalone mode:
issu load file upgrading-filename slot slot-number [ force ]
In IRF mode:
issu load file upgrading-filename chassis chassis-number [ force ]
issu load file upgrading-filename chassis chassis-number slot slot-number [ force ]

Parameters
file upgrading-filename: File name, a string of 1 to 63 characters. If you enter a relative path, the system
automatically converts it to an absolute path. The absolute path can contain no more than 63 characters.
The file name is in the format of [drive:/]file-name, where the following conditions apply:
The items in square brackets [ ] are optional.
drive specifies the storage medium of the file. The value is the name of the storage medium. If a
switch has only one storage media, execute this command without providing this argument.
file-name specifies the filename, which typically has the .app or .bin. suffix.
slot slot-number: Specifies the slot number of the standby MPU. (In standalone mode)
chassis chassis-number: Specifies the member ID of the slave switch. After the ISSU upgrade is completed,
the slave switch becomes the master. (In IRF mode)
chassis chassis-number slot slot-number: Specifies the local standby MPU on the master. chassis-number
is the member ID of the master, and slot-number is the slot number of the local standby MPU on the master.
After the ISSU upgrade is completed, this MPU becomes the global active MPU. (In IRF mode)
force: Forces the standby MPU into the upgrade process for an incompatible version.
If the file specified by upgrading-filename is incompatible with the system software image, you must
provide this key word to perform the ISSU upgrade.
