Absolute measuring system
The encoder is detected by the Control Unit as long as it is a DRIVE-CLiQ encoder. For
other encoders, the following data must be entered via the configuration screen form after
pressing the "Encoder data" button (example of an absolute encoder with Endat protocol,
order code EnDat 01 or 02 with incremental signals to transfer the absolute values from the
encoder to the Control Unit e.g. RCN 85xx Heidenhain):
