Damage to the device due to improper transport
Improper transport can mechanically stressed the housing or busbars, which can result in
damage to the device.
• Use a lifting harness with vertical ropes or chains during transport.
• Do not use the busbars as handles or for attaching a lifting harness.
• Only tighten the crane lifting lugs by hand. Remove the crane lifting lugs after the
Remove the transport plate of the filter module
A transport plate is mounted on the underside of the filter module for transport ("1" in the
following diagram). To remove the filter module from the packaging and during transport, it
can be placed down on the transport plate.
Before being mounted at the installation location, the transport plate must be removed; to do
this the 4 screws ("2" in the diagram) must be released and the transport plate removed.
Risk of injury due to toppling when placing down on the transport plate
A filter module placed down on the transport plate can topple over therefore causing injury.
• When the filter module is placed down on the transport plate, ensure that it cannot

result of mechanical stress applied to the busbars.
• After removing the transport plate do not place the filter module on the floor.
