Set the ApexPro Channelized Telemetry System settings

NOTE
The OS and firewall combination enables/disables ping functionality.
Ping functionality always works on Nightshades and BCMs, even when they
are running ApexPro v3.9 or v4.0.
The OS version 1.3 on ATS (released with ApexPro v3.9) blocks incoming
pings on the IX Network.
The OS version 2.x on ATS (released with ApexPro v4.0) does not block
incoming pings on the IX network.
Perform this procedure to verify the IP address settings:
1.
Access the command prompt.
2.
Type ping<space><IP address>.
Perform this procedure to set the following settings:
Language
Mode
Tower name
Unit name, if required
A/C power frequency
(Optional) Print summary report when patient is discharged
Localization, if required
1.
Log onto the Webmin service interface on page
2.
Select the Configuration tab.
3.
Select Settings > ApexPro.
