This terminal is available when the DIP switch No. 2 is turned OFF.
Input this terminal with the shutter closed.
• Availability of the guide laser varies depending on LASER STOP 1A/1B IN, LASER STOP 2A/2B IN and INTERLOCK
state as follows.
When LASER STOP 1A/1B IN is open
