• Use the internal power (X1, X3, Y1, Y3) as the power supply when operating the laser welding machine alone. Do not
connect anything when using the external power supply.
• Do not connect anything to RESERVE terminals.
• OUT COM. terminals of Y2, X12, X15 and X18 are the common terminal connected internally.
• X11-X12, X14-X15, X16-X17-X18, and X18-X19 are short-circuited respectively for the shipment. For details, refer to "4-3-1
Factory default wiring" (P.99).
• For details on the terminal block connection, refer to "4-3 Connecting I/O Terminal Block" (P.99).
