2.3.3 Display Module

Appearance
The display module provides a 7-inch true-color touchscreen that provides man-
machine interfaces for query, setting, management, and maintenance.
Issue 02 (2022-03-30)
– The fan is controlled over RS485 communications. You can view the fan
power and speed in real time on the display module and obtain fault
information including fan blockage, overvoltage, and undervoltage. These
features allow you to view the status and locate a fault.
Air filter
The G4 air filter is used, and the F5 air filter is optional. The air filter meets
cleanliness requirements for customers' data centers. The air filter of a
downflow unit is paved on the heat exchanger, ensuring easy maintenance
and reducing air resistance.
Differential pressure switch
When the air filter is dirty or blocked, the differential pressure switch triggers
an alarm, prompting for air filter replacement.
Pressure independent control valve (PICV)
The innovative equal percentage characteristic curve facilitates high precision
temperature control. The built-in differential pressure controller provides high
valve weight and stability control, and can automatically limit the flow to a
specific value.
– Precise temperature control: The unique EQM function is provided for
optimal adjustment and control.
– Precise control: The unique equal percentage characteristic provides six
times higher travel performance than a linear valve.
– Fast hydraulic balancing: When the actuator is fully open, the flow is
automatically limited to protect the entire system from overflow.
– Simple fault diagnosis: The flow and differential pressure are measured to
help reduce pump consumption and provide necessary data for system
diagnosis.
Cable-type water sensor
The cable-type water sensor is a high-performance water leakage detector. It
can be used directly through a test cable or with other detectors. The cable-
type water sensor can be integrated with various systems to implement
remote alarms and control through its relay output signal.
