Field Name Description
Current Version Displays the current firmware version.
New Version Displays the uploaded image version after the firmware image is uploaded.
Preserve Preserves the existing configuration settings, even after the firmware update,
Configuration when the checkbox is checked. If the checkbox is cleared, all firmware
configuration settings will be erased. The preset value saves the settings.
Status Shows percentage of completion during the firmware update.
NOTE: When the firmware update is in process, the system will not be available to other users.
Step 4. Click the Update button to begin the firmware update process and view the update
status.
When the update is completed, the Status will show 100% Completed message as Fig.
5.8.6 and the embedded software will reboot automatically. If click the Cancel button, the
process will be terminated and the embedded software will reboot.
