Enable Serial Over
Enables the user to have Serial Over LAN privilege (uncheck for the preset
LAN
value).
Step 4.
Modify the password if needed.
Step 4.1. Select the Change Password check box if user wants to change the user password. If
user does not want to change the password, deselect the check box.
Step 4.2. Type a new password in the Password field.
Step 4.3. Retype the password in the Confirm Password field to confirm the password.
Step 5.
Modify network and serial privileges as needed.
In the User Privileges fields, select either Administrator or Operator.
Step 6.
After modified the account information, click the Apply Changes button for users'
changes to take effect.
■ 5.7.7 LDAP Configuration
This page provides the mechanism to configure Lightweight Directory Access Protocol
(LDAP). With Administrator or Operator privilege level, you can modify configuration settings
and click the Apply Changes button to modify the settings.
The following steps will show how to configure LDAP from WebGUI:
Step 1.
Log in to the LOM as Administrator to reach the WebGUI.
Step 2.
From the Event Management tab, select LDAP.
User will see the LDAP page screen as Fig. 5.7.9. In this page, user can configure the
relative parameter of LDAP. The detail description of LDAP field will show in Table 5.7.6.
