■ 5.7.8 RADIUS Configuration
This page provides the mechanism to configure RADIUS. With Administrator or
Operator privilege level, you can modify configuration settings and click the Apply Changes
button to modify the settings.
The following steps will show how to configure RADIUS from WebGUI:
Step 1.
Log in to the LOM as Administrator to reach the WebGUI.
Step 2.
From the Event Management tab, select RADIUS.
User will see the RADIUS page screen as Fig. 5.7.10. In this page, user can configure the
relative parameter of RADIUS. The detail description of Network Security field will show in
Table 5.7.7.

Description
Fully qualified host name or IP Address for the second configured domain
controller.
Port to connect with for the second configured domain controller.
Fully qualified host name or IP Address for the third configured domain
controller.
Port to connect with for the third configured domain controller.
The base DN used as the base object for all LDAP queries. This must be entered in
dc=domain, dc=com format for AD and dc=domain.com format for e-Directory.
The attribute name used to query for the user object e.g. sAMAccountName for
AD or UID for Novell or eDirectory.
List of role group names that will be queried for to check for user membership
Use this to select the method binding method: Use anonymous bind, Use
Configured Credentials, or Use Login Credentials
Client ID used with the "Configured Credentials" binding method.
Client password used with the "Configured Credentials" binding method.
The attribute name to query the user object for to determine if a user is a
member of a group. Examples: MemberOf, GroupMemberShip, memberUID.
The attribute name to query the user or group object for to determine what
permissions the user has if the user is a member of that particular group.
