Report profiles / E-mail
A maximum of 10 report display conditions (profiles) can be registered. This can be used to apply the same
profile when displaying a report next time.
With this profile, a CSV file can automatically be stored to a NAS or a USB memory device.
Furthermore, an e-mail can automatically be sent with the CSV file attached.
Charge report does not support Report profiles / E-mail features.
Details
Detailed information of a call can be output to a CSV. Available for user reports and charge reports.

Conditions

Call log for built-in ACD report has to be enabled through system programming which you can select
"Enable (all trunk calls)", "Enable (ICD group calls only)", or "Disable", refer to "11.5.3 PBX Configuration

Up to 16 users can be set as an ACD supervisor through system programming.
•
Any ACD report data that must be retained should be backed up periodically.
•
An SD Memory Card (KX-NS7134/KX-NS7135/KX-NS7136) is required to save ACD reports.

With SD Memory Card: 300000 calls

A maximum of 1 year of ACD reports are saved.
If today is 22 December 2016, Start Date of Custom Period can be set from 22 December 2015 (367
days).

Old ACD reports are deleted if they have exceeded the save period, or if the maximum number of
saved ACD reports has been exceeded.

For the call charge automatically calculated in User report and Charge report, refer to 2.1.8 Automatic
Call Charge Calculation

The call charge information received from the public network will be included in neither User report nor
Charge report.
CAUTION
If the Call Log for Built-in ACD Report setting for the Supervisory Monitor (ACD) Control feature is
enabled through system programming, the Hospitality feature cannot be used. For details, refer to the
9.1.4 HOSPITALITY FEATURES or 17.1.3 Room Status Control in Feature Manual.
