If you have overnight or second-day shipping requirements, before shipping the unit, please call the
factory for turnaround time, freight charges, and payment arrangements.
The 972 should be shipped only in a properly designed carton with packing material, and sent to the
Northstar factory at the following address: Northstar Service Department, 30 Sudbury Road, Acton,
MA 01720 USA.
Mark the Service Call Number on the outside of the box.
