● Ensure that pipes and power cables are routed through separate holes.
● Do not prepare extra knock-out holes to avoid performance loss.
● In connecting the pipes, ensure that the aluminum plastic pipes are in proper
contact with the straight male connectors.
● In connecting the pipes, avoid violent shake.
● NetCol5000-C030/C032 need to make the holes for the chilled water inlet and
outlet pipes using a knife.
Step 3 Clean the pipe and remove the thermal insulation foam from the pipe plug.
Step 4 Remove the water pipe plug using an open-end wrench.
Step 5 Apply screw thread sealant evenly on the connecting position of external screw
threads of the straight male connector, and use a torque wrench and a common
wrench in collaboration to secure the straight male connector to the connector on
the device.
Step 6 Install the sealing ring and nut at the end of the aluminum plastic pipe that ran
through the hole rubber ring.
Step 7 After the aluminum plastic pipe and the straight male connector are connected,
secure them to the aluminum plastic pipe with the installed sealing ring and nut.

Step 8 Attach thermal insulation foam to the pipes and ensure that the foam is in close
contact with the pipes.
Step 9 After pipes are connected, seal the gaps between the knock-out holes and the
pipes using sealant or foaming agent.

Prerequisites
You can decide whether a leakage test with nitrogen needs to be performed or not
based on the site situation.
Pipes have been properly connected.
