Time for system startup. Turn ON the remote mode upon verifying SYSTEM STANDBY
OUT (Y7).
Time for completion of laser pumping.
There is a delay time of around 200ms to max. 1 second from turning ON/OFF of
SHUTTER IN (X8) to turning ON/OFF of SHUTTER CLOSE 1 OUT (Y8) and SHUTTER
CLOSE 2 OUT (Y9).
SHUTTER CLOSE 1 OUT and SHUTTER CLOSE 2 OUT will be output by the same
operation, but their output timing has a margin of error.
Setup time of the laser marker to start the marking trigger processing.
• In the laser pumping completed state: Total time for shutter opening (T3) and marking
data creation. It varies depending on the quantity of the setting data.
• When the laser pumping is not completed: Total time for shutter opening (T3) and
marking data creation, or time for laser pumping, whichever is longer.
Keep the ON status for 2ms or more.
When TRIGGER IN (X5) is accepted, PROCESSING OUT (Y10) turns ON. The output time
of PROCESSING OUT (Y10) includes the trigger delay time, marking preparation time,
laser radiation time, and processing time after marking has completed.
If you are not using the link function with external devices, output time of PROCESSING
OUT (Y10) is almost the same as the total duration of the trigger delay time and LASING
OUT (No.40).
One-shot output. Set the output time on the environment setting screen.
There is a small margin of error for the setting value.
