Check Items when Turning OFF the Power

Check that the power of the host machine is OFF.
1) Turn OFF the Power Switch of the host machine.
2) Be sure that display in the Control Panel and the Power Supply Lamp are turned off, then
disconnect the power plug.

1) Remove the Card Reader Lower Cover [1] from the Card Reader Unit.

2) Remove the Card Reader Fixation Plate [1] from the Card Reader Unit.
• 1 Screw [2] (The removed screw will be used in step 4.)
