(1) Definition
(a) A special register is used to store Basic model QCPU status data (diagnosis
and system information).
(2) Special register classifications
Special registers are classified according to their applications, as shown below.
(a) For fault diagnosis
(b) For serial communication function : SM100 to SM129
(c) Fuse-blown module
(d) Check of input/output modules
(e) System information
(f) System clock/system counter
(g) Scan information
(h) Memory card information
(i) Instruction related
