Digital output values after A/D conversion are stored in CH
value (buffer memory address 11 to 18: Un\G11 to Un\G18) for each channel.

Digital output value is expressed with 16-bit signed binary values.

For other than the data section and a signed bit, it becomes
1 for a negative (when b15 is 1) and 0 for a positive (when b15 is 0).

memory area.

When reading Digital output value, use A/D conversion completed flag (XE) or
A/D conversion completed flag (buffer memory address 10: Un\G10) as an
interlock.
