4. Assemble the actuator bracket onto the rotary bracket,
and secure it using the original screw and washer.
5. Mount the proximity sensor and the spacer onto the
bracket. Fit this assembly to the rotary valve mounting
bracket and secure it with 2 setscrews (6 x 25 mm), 4
washers (6 mm) and 2 locknuts (6 mm).
6. Operate the backlap lever and adjust the position of
the sensor assembly so that the gap between the sensor
and the actuator is 5 mm.
7. Tighten all the fasteners on the sensor assembly.
8. Assemble the new rotary valve cylinder with a new
cylinder rod spring pin, bush, 3/4 inch bonded seal,
and 3/4 inch male x 1/4 inch male adapter
Note: Use the original springs.
