Removing the Switches

Removing the Front Cover Switch

1) Remove three screws and then the inner cover.

3) Disconnect one flexible cable and eight connectors.
4) Remove one wire saddle.
5) Remove two screws, and then pull out the finisher controller PCB along with the mount.

2) Remove the additional tray PCB along with the mount (only when the additional tray is
installed).

6) Remove four wire saddles and then the harness from the harness guide.
7) Pull the finisher controller further along with the mount.
8) Remove the leaf spring and then the front cover switch.
