6.1 Initiating a Point-to-Point Conference

You can initiate a point-to-point conference by placing a call to a remote site on the conferencing
screen.
Using the Name, Number, or IP Address of a Remote Site
Step 1 Tap
Step 2 In the text box, enter the name, IP address, or number of the site you want to call.
Step 3 Tap

Using the Address Book List
Step 1 Tap
Step 2 From the address book list on the Call screen, select the site you want to call.
Step 3 Tap

From the Conference History Screen
The conference history contains the records of conferences your endpoint initiated or attended
and sites your endpoint placed calls to or received calls from.
Step 1 Tap
Step 2 From the Conference History screen, select a conference.
Step 3 Tap

Tap
Book > Conference History. Then perform either of the following:

To delete a conference, select
To save the sites involved in a conference to the address book, select

To edit a conference, tap the conference to access the edit site screen.
