On the Conference Control screen, tap Enable Chair Control and confirm as prompted.
Lock Conference
After the Lock Conference operation is performed, the DP300 whose built-in MCU is being
used can call other endpoints to join the conference, but other endpoints cannot attend the
conference by calling that DP300. To enable other endpoints to attend the conference by calling
that DP300, perform the Unlock Conference operation.
On the Conference Control screen, tap Lock Conference and confirm as prompted.
Recording a Conference
When a recording server is configured and the multipoint conference supports and has enabled
network recording, the chair site can start or pause conference recording.
On the Conference Control screen, tap Control Recording to display the Control
Recording dialog box and start recording the conference.
Tap

Placing a Call
This function is used to place a call to a site that is not present in the conference. The site joins
the conference after answering the call.
Tap the video pane of a site, and tap
To call all absent sites included in the conference site list into the conference, click Call All.
Disconnect Site
The chair site can disconnect a participating site from the conference. After the disconnection,
the site exits the conference automatically.
