For details about how to use all conference control functions, see section "Controlling a
Conference" in the HUAWEI DP300 Desktop Presence V500R002C00 Administrator Guide.
User-defined conference control function items can be displayed on the remote control screen,
rather than on the touchscreen. If you want to display more conference control function items
on the remote control screen, choose Advanced > Settings > Display > Personalize > Select
conference controls, select the conference control function items to be displayed on the
Conference control screen, and select Save.
Accessing the Conference Control Screen
In a multipoint conference, you can access the conference control screen in either of the following
ways:

The password of the administrator is required to access the Settings screen. You can obtain the password
from the administrator.
Tap
, then tap
Slide to the left or right to display the conference list window. On the top of the window,
tap the left or right arrow to display the conference control screen.
