6.7 Using the Text Camera

In a conference, you can show the document on your conference table to the remote site.
Pull out the text reflector. It pushes files at the conference table onto the local display. Then the
files replace local video images to be displayed on the screen of the remote site.

6.8 Connecting the Bluetooth Headset

The Bluetooth headset can be connected to the DP300. Then you can hear participants in remote
sites from the Bluetooth headset.
The recommended Bluetooth headset brands are Samsung, Jabra, and Plantronics.

6.9 Connecting to the Wireless Microphone

The DP300 can be connected to the wireless microphone VPM220W to enhance voice quality
for conference sites.
Prerequisites
The Wi-Fi hotspot, DHCP server, and VPM220W have been enabled on the DP300 web
interface. For details, see "Setting Wi-Fi Parameters" in the HUAWEI DP300 Desktop Presence
V500R002C00 Administrator Guide.

Alternatively, ignore the dialog box and watch for the message An air content sharing source
device requests to connect to your endpoint. Accept? that will be displayed on the DP300 touch
panel UI. When the message is displayed, tap Accept. The client then successfully connects to the
endpoint without any passwords.
