The following shows error code, error contents, cause, and measures.
Error code
Command error
7E40H
An unsupported command or sub-command was used.
Data length error
7E41H
Specified points exceeding the number of points that can be
communicated during random read/write.
Number of data error
7E42H
The number of requests exceeds the command range.
Device error
7E43H
A non-existent device has been specified.
Clock data setting error
7E46H
The setting value of the clock data has error.
Exceeded number of points error
7E4FH
The read/write range exceeded the device range.
Character error
7F20H
A character other than "A to Z", "0 to 9", space, and control
codes has been received.
Communication message error
7F23H
EXT/CR+LF was not found within the upper limit of the
receive buffer.
Sum check error
7F24H
The sum check code created from received data differs from
the sum check code in the receive data.
Overrun error
7F67H
The next data was transmitted from the host before GOT
completes the processing of the data received.
Framing error

The data bit and/or stop bit are not correct.
Parity error

The parity bit does not match.
Buffer full error

The receive buffer overflowed.
