You can use the SLD template to set the predefined substation structure for the IED.
• If you want to use the SLD template when importing the IED, select the Use
Template checkbox.
• Select a template in the dropdown menu. The dropdown menu shows the tem-
plates that are stored in C:\PCMDataBases\COM600\TemplateManager and
the name of which start with "SubstationTemplate". You can also browse for
a template in another location.

You can create templates by using the CID Export function under IED object.
2. Click Next to proceed to the Configure Summary Table Template page or Import
if you do not want to change options in the following pages.
Configure Summary Table Template
1. Select the Summary Table Template for IEDs on the Configure Summary Table
Template page.
