• Keep the appliance, the plug and the power sup-
ply cable away from naked fl ames and hot sur-
faces.
• Use the appliance only in dry indoor areas. Never
use the appliance in damp areas or in the rain.
• Never store the appliance where it may be able to
fall into a bath or wash basin.
• Never attempt to touch or pick up an electrical
appliance if it has fallen into water. In this case,
disconnect the plug from the socket immediately.
• When you are not using the appliance, cleaning
it or if a fault occurs always disconnect the plug
from the socket.
• Regularly check the appliance and cable regularly
for damage.
• Make the old appliance unusable: Disconnect the
power supply cable from the socket and cut off
the cable.
