2. Feed Path

1) Document feed
The sectional view of the feed path for
feeding documents is shown below.
1 Pickup tray
2 Feed roller
3 Separation pad
4 Registration roller (drive)
5 Registration roller (follower)
Note: Since a card is inserted into the machine from the front to feed it, the "eject roller" is called
the "front roller".
