To roast larger meat joints or poultry with
bones on one shelf position. Also to grati-
nate and to brown.
To grill flat food in large quantities. To
toast bread.
To grill flat food in the middle of the grill.

To defrost frozen food.
For baking cakes with crispy or crusty
bases and to preserve food.
For controlled rising of yeast dough before
baking.
To bake bread.
For dishes like lasagna or potato gratin. Al-
so to gratinate and brown.

in glasses and liquid.
For drying of sliced fruits like apples,
plums, peaches and vegetables as toma-

energy consumption during cooking. It is
necessary to set the cooking time first. To
get more information about the recom-
mended settings, refer to the cooking ta-
bles with the equivalent usual heating
function.
