8 Press UPPER VALUE button to lock-in

Readout now displays next active digit which
will be zero unless upper value was set
before.
9 Press Increase
available digit value or Decrease
select the previous digit value.
Repeat this action until desired value is on
display – use 9 for example purposes.
10 Press UPPER VALUE button to lock-in third
digit and activate next active digit.
Readout now displays next active digit which
will be BLANK unless upper value was set to
1 before.
